Organic Social Media Growth
A monthly content engine — planning, filming, editing, posting, community management and reporting — that keeps your brand visible week after week without you needing to chase it.
Learn moreClaimfrost started in a South Brisbane share office with two laptops, one camera and a growing frustration with how agencies treat clients. Nine years later we are a team of eleven, still small by choice, still answering our own emails. This is the story of what we build, who builds it, and why brands keep coming back.
Claimfrost was never going to be a fifty-person agency chasing billable hours. The founders had both worked inside large agencies and watched what happens when growth outpaces care — juniors running accounts, strategy written by committee, and clients reduced to a line on a spreadsheet. So we built something different. We take on a limited number of clients each year, and each one gets a senior lead who is genuinely invested in the outcome.
That means saying no sometimes. It means turning down retainers that would have made the quarter look great on paper but would have stretched the team thin. And it means we can still look a client in the eye after a bad month for their brand, because we were the ones on the campaign, not a freelancer we subcontracted.
The milestones we actually care about, in the order they happened.
Claimfrost kicks off with three clients: a Fortitude Valley café, a fitness coach and a small fashion label. First shoot day happens in a client's backyard.
We move into a dedicated production space, hire our first full-time editor and start taking on paid social work alongside the organic retainers.
A content producer, community manager and media buyer join the team. Client list grows to thirty and the reporting system gets rebuilt from scratch.
We are still in South Brisbane, still small on purpose, and still turning down work when we cannot give it the attention it deserves.
Agencies love to talk about values, but what actually matters is how you behave when a client is unhappy and nobody is watching. These are the principles that guide us in those moments.
If a campaign is failing, you hear it in week two, not in the quarterly review. Bad news early is worth more than good news late.
Posting twice a week for a year beats one viral hit every quarter. We build rhythms, not fireworks.
A hook is worthless if the edit is sloppy. We grade colour, check audio and obsess over the first three seconds of every video we ship.
Algorithms change every six months. Humans do not. If content does not speak to a real person, no platform update will save it.
Four people, one studio, zero account shuffling. You meet the people who actually do the work.
Creative Director
Runs every shoot day and hates a crowded frame. Formerly an ad agency art director.
Community Manager
Answers DMs like a real person and remembers every client's tone of voice by week two.
Senior Video Editor
Cuts every short-form piece by hand. Will fight you politely about pacing.
Production Lead
Sets up every shoot day, manages equipment and never travels without backup batteries.
We are not a full-service agency and we have no plans to be one. These two services are what we do every single day.
